CORPORATION, a Florida corporation to JOHN A. ROSCHI~IAN, as
trustee, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded fn Official
Records Hook 300, page 2107, etc.,. public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration
to him paid receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
on this Zj~day of January, 1980, releases from the lien of
that mortgage, the real property in that County described

No. 523 , and an undivided 1/31 share in those common
elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and
