2. Give notice of the sale to all creditors of the Bankrupt pursuant
to Rule 203(a) of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Section 58 of the
Bankruptcy Act.
3. Enter its Order dispensing with appraisal of the property to be
sold, pursuant to Rule 606(a) of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
4. Enter its Order authorizing employment of Malcolm A. McDougall,
d/b/a McDougall's Auction Company, on the foregoing terms and conditions,
pursuant to Rule bOb(c) of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
5. Enter its Order confirming the sale at a time and date certain
to be fixed by the Court in its Order authorizing this sale.

ORDER
On the foregoing Applications, it is, '

ORDERED as follows:
I. The Trustee is authorized to offer for sale and sell the property
described above at public auction sale for cash on Thursday, March 6, 1980,
at 2:00 o'clock P.H. Said sale shall be held in the meeting room of the
Ramada Inn, 964 South Rarbor City Boulevard (U.S. Righway #1), Melbourne,
Florida 32901. Inspectioin of the various parcels shall be at the convenience
of the said buyers, Trustee and Auctioneer between the entry of this Order and
sale date. The Trustee shall offer such parcels as she deems advisable in her
discretion so that competitive bidding and the highest dollar value will be ~
realized by the Estate.
2. -The Auctioneer shall give notice of the time and place of said
sale, together with a general description of the property to be sold, by i
publishing same in a newspaper of general circulation published in the general
area in which the property is located not less than five (5) days preceding
the sale; notice of sale to appear in said newspaper at Least one time; said
sale to be made subject to confirmation by the Court upon filing by the ~
Auctioneer of his Statement of Auctioneer. The Auctioneer shall do such further f
advertising as he deems advisable to assure adequate notice to the public in f

the areas of the sale.
