3. Malcolm A. McDougall, d/b/a HeDougall's Auction Company is hereby
appointed to conduct said sale upon the terms and conditions set forth above
in Paragraph 4 of the Application.
4. Pursuant to Section 58a(4) of the Bankruptcy Act and pursuant to
Rule 203(a)(2) of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, notice of this sale will
be gives to all creditors of the Bankrupt by the Clerk of this Court.
5. Pursuant to Rule 606 of the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the
Court hereby dispenses with the appointment of appraisers of the property to
• be sold pursuant to this Order and, hence, dispenses with appraisal of~the
property.
6. In the event there exist liens and eacumbrances (except ad valorem
taxes and special assessments) unknown to the Trustee, the sale shall be made
subject to said liens and encumbrances.
7. The Court hereby approves the terms and conditions of the sale
as set forth in the Trustee's above Application and said sale shall be conducted
in conformity thereto.
8. This sale shall be confirmed before the Court on 10 -

Courthouse Building, 312 Monroe Street, Jacksonville, Florida. `
