has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA`. -
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION. said Assignment oeing recrrded in Official Record Book 180,
Page 20(15 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Z. That there has been an Affidav[t filed against ce~'tain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
. fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 3~-
Page Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage ha$ now been paid:

in the name of: Dennis Pannone
and now held in the name of: Mr & Mrs John Burford
