Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
HENRY G. SWARTZ, being the brother of J. N. SWARTZ, also
known as JESSIE NEWTON.SWARTZ, who first being duly sworn
and cautioned, did depose and say: ~
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: -
Lots 18, 19 and 20, less the West 10 feet for road
right-of-way and less the South 12 feet of Lot 20, in
Block C, of WEST END ADDITION, according to the Plat
lhereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 5, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, also that
part of vacated alley lying adjacent to East of above i
property.
2. J. N. SWARTZ, also known as JESSIE NEWTON SWARTZ was
married to ALMA L. SWARTZ and together with such spouse acquired
title to the above described property, as an estate by the entirety, ~
said estate having been created by deed dated JunE: 1, 1953 and recorded
in OR Book 183, Page 299 in the Public Records of the County wherein
said lands are situate. J. N. SWARTZ, also known as JESSIE NEWTON.
SWARTZ and said spouse were married to each other prior to the date
of execution and delivery of said deed and remained married to each
other continuosly until said spouse's death which occurred on the i
20th day of may, 19 60 , per death certificate
attached hereto.
