THIS CAUSE, came on for hearing and it appearing that the above
named Defendant, CHARLES HAYLING, JR., has been duly served as required
by law and has failed to appear, a default is hereby entered against
said Defendant. THEREFORE, IT IS

ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from said
Defendant, CHARLES HAYLING, JR., the sum of s1 ,863.18 as principal,
X95.57 as interest, X186.00 as attorney's fees with 632.00 court costs
now taxed under the note sued on this action making a total sum of
X2,176.75, for. all of which let execution issue. }
