COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorised to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared L~EVITT J. ADAFIS, who upon
being first duly sworn ,did depose and say as follows, to wit:
That he is the same person named as Grantee in that certain
'deed dated October 20, 1972 from Elisabeth H. Crowley to Devitt J. Adams, -
as Trustee; that as said Trustee he executed two deeds dated September 30, 1975
to Sidney Ribakoff and Murray M. Rosen which said deeds are recorded in Official
Records Book 244, Page 1227 and Official Records Book 244, Page 1228, respectively,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that at the time of the execution
of said deeds dated September 30, 1975 the property conveyed therein was unimproved
and that the same was not then, is not now, nor has ever been, the homestead of
your affiant, the Grantor in the two deeds hereinabove described.
AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NOT.
