Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thin Mortgage and
hereby sgroe to bs bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 19, 20. 22, and 23 of the master fornn of mortgage
recorded in~ the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in ths volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenoea to the Property, Borrower, L$ndar and Note contained in ths above de~i~ maat~ form of a
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ~
ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Boaower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advancs3s to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort. _
gage. not including auras advanced in accordancl~0~ewith to protect the security of this Mortgage. exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ -
