That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of .

in Official Records Book 321, Pages 2609 through 2688 of the _

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of
the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, $y-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Qwner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents.

. member of said Property Owner's Association.
T'he benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties
hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby
conveyed against all and every person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through
or under the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful
claim of all persons whomsoever.
