RELEASE OF INTEREST
Effective as of May 6, 1978, the undersigned Texaco Inc.,

for good and va~iuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged,
hereby disclaims any interest in the following described premises
arising from that certain lease dated January 3, 1958, between Fred
Faulkner and Aleene E. Faulkner, his wife, Ethel C. Faulkner, a
widow, Frances Faulkner Mathews and husband,~Wiiliam G. Mathews, as
Lessors, and Texaco Inc., as Lessee, and any and all amendments
thereto covering the following described premises with the improve-
ments thereon, in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida described as follows:
The west 17 feet of Lot 1, and all of Lots 2 and 3 of
Block 1, of Floriana Park, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 2 at page 7 of the Public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, less and except the south 15
feet thereof, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at an iron pin where the north right-of-way
line of Orange Avenue intersects the east right-of-way
line of N. 19th Street and running N l0 11' W along
the east right-of-way line of N. 19th Street 119.3 feet
to an iron pin in south right-of-way line of a 20 foot
dedicated alley; thence S 890 17' E along south right-
of-way line of said alley 124 feet to a point in the
west right-of-way line of 18th Court; thence south
along west right-of-way line of 18th Court 119.3 feet
to a point-in the north right-of-way line of Orange
Avenue; thence west along north right-of-way line of
Orange Avenue. 124 feet to point of beginning.

And the aforesaid Texaco Inc. does hereby acknowledge

first above written.
