ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar E61.00) and other valuable consideration, the under-
signed, FRED FAULKNER, JR. and his wife, ALEENE E. FAULKNER and FRANCES
FAULKNER MATF~WS, 3oined by her husband, WILLIAM G. MATHEWS, hereby assign .
and transfer to KARL KELLER, his heirs and assigns,-that certain easement
mare particularly described as follows:
Easement from City of Fort Pierce to J. E. Nobles, Jr.
and Edna M. Nobles,. recorded in Deed Book 231,-page 354,
for ingress and egress, and assigned in Deed Sook 232,
page 174 to Fred Faulkner, Jr, and his wife, Aleene
Faulkner, and Frances Faulkner Mathews and Ethel C.
Faulkner as supplemented in Deed Book 240, page 20, all
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Fred Faulkner, Jr. and his wife,
Aleene E. Faulkner, and Frances Faulkner Mathews, joined by her husband,
