8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
October 17, 1979, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to
act as personal representative under the lsws of the State
of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law, and that she hereby designates
CSESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County.,- Florida,
whose residence address is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as her agent er~attorney for service of process
in any suit or action against her in her representative
capacity, or personally if such personal action accrued
in the administration of this estate.
. Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal repre- ~
sentative of the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY I DDCLARE THAT I HAVE READ
THE FOREGOING AND THB FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST OF
