LAST WILL. AND TESTAMENT
OF -
MARION HURRAY CORNELL
I, MARION HURRAY CORNELL, of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, -
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: All of the rest, residue and remainder of
my property, real and personal, wherever situate and whether -
acquired before or after the execution of this Will, I give
and devise in eleven (11) equal shares to the following
j eleven (11) beneficiaries:
~ To the following three (3) children of MARY T.
E and ALBERT W. CORNELL: CHRISTINE CORNELL,
BARBARA CORNELL and GERALDINE CORNELL;
To-the fallowing two (2) children of PATRICIA
and GILBERT J. CORNELL: GILBERT CORNELL and -
GAYLE CORNELL; -
To the following child of GLADYS MOQRE NISBETT
and CECIL MOORS: CECIL MOORS;
To the following four (4) children of HELEN E.
and LeROY R. OWENS: RUSSELL OWENS, THOMAS OWENS,
DOUGLAS OWENS and DOROTHY OWENS;
And to ROBERT LOTZ, son of MRS. ESTELLE LOTZ.
- If any of the foregoing eleven (11) named persons
shall fail to survive me, the share of such decedent shall

drop-out, thereby increasing equally the shares of the others
of said foregoing named persons.
