3. OTHER PROVISIONS: All witnesses and exhibits, including impeachment
w tnesses must be provided within 5 days prior to trial.
4. EXPERT WITNESSES: May be called out of turn by either party.
5. WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference
and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify,
except the parties themselves. Either party may call any
witness listed by any other party.
6. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES: Plaintiffs shall have 6 peremptory challenges.
Eac a endant, Ross Peter Tsufis, Bill P. Tsufis, and
United Services Automobile Association, and third party
defendant, Allstate Insurance Company, shall have 3
peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS; Proposed jury instructions, on a separate sheet
for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the
beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional
jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the
conclusion of the testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE: All challenges must be heard outside the
hearing o the jury in a manner selected by the Court.
