PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
Estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, ANNIE LEE JORDAN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on May 16, 197.9, and Letters of Administra-
tion were issued to Petitioner on September 14, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting con-
taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since
~ the commerncement of administration of this estate-, or since the
date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers
signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
to the Personal Representatives, Attorneys employed by the Per-
' sonal Representative is set forth below as follows: (a ).'Attorney
