LAST HILL AND TRSTAMENT
OF
FRANCIS E. ALLIN
1QdOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I, FRANCIS E. ALLIN,
of Hlock Island, Rhode. Island, being of sound and disposing -
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this instru-
ment as and for my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form
following, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore by me made.
FIRST: I hereby direct my Executor, hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of
administration as soon as may be pratical after my decease.
I direct that any and all taxes in the nature of estate,
inheritance, legacy, transfer and succession taxes which shall
be payable to the-Government of the United States or to any
state of the United States by reason of the occasion of my death,
including taxes payable by reason of the transfer or receipt of
ro ert which shall not come into the ssession of my Executor

~ or constitute part of my probate estate, shall be paid by my -
I Executor as an expense of administration.
~ ~ SECOND: I hereby give and bequeath to my children, equall ,
share and share alike, all my tangible personal property of what-
soever nature and wheresoever located, including my medical
equipment.
THIRD: I hereby give and bequeath the following:
(a) To my sister, DOROTHY ALLIN GAUTHZER,
the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars.
(b) To my brother, RAYMOND ALLIN, the sum
~ of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars.
~ (c) To my niece, MARGUERITE ALLIN, the
s~ua of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars.
(d) To my former nurse, MARY DEGNAN, the
sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars.
