F; BLEANOR BURNS, the sum of Two Thousand

FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
property and estate, wherever situated, of which I shall die

devise and bequeath and appoint IN TRUST to the INDUSTRIAL -
NATIONAL BANK OF RHODE ISLAND and its successors, IN TRUST, as
Trustees under that certain revocable Trust Agreement dated,

the same trusts and with the same powers, discretions, exemptions,
duties and obligations_as are set forth in said Trust Agreement.
TRIAL
FIFTH: I appoint as Executor hereof the INDUS
NATIONAL BANK OF RHODE ISLAND and I direct that my said Executor
I ~ shall not be required to furnish any surety on any bond required
Ef for the faithful performance of its duties as such by any Court
` in which this my Last Will-and Testament shall be offered for
probate or record.-
. I hereby authorize my said Executor to sell, assign, trans-
fer and convey, either at public auction or by private sale, any
or all of my personal or-real estate. for such price or prices
and upon-each terms and conditions, whether for cash or upon
credit, as in its discretion shall be deemed best for the

administration of my .estate, without first securing the order
or approval of any Court, and the receipt of said Executor for
~ any moneys paid to it shall be an effectual acquittance and
discharge to the person or persons paying the same. No
purchases from my said Executor and no corporation which at its
