FIRST CODICIL I

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

FRANCIS B. ALLIN
` ~ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT I, FRANCIS E. ALLIN, of the City of Cranston, County
~ of Providence, State of Rhode Island, being of sound and disposing
~ mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this instru-
~ ment as my First Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated the

~ eighteenth day of August, A.D. 1975.
~ CLAUSE SECOND which appears on Page 1 is hereby revoked
and the following shall be substituted: "SECOND: I hereby give
and bequeath to my children, EDWARD F. ALLIN, PAUL F. ALI.IN, AND
MARGARET A. ALLIN, equally, share and share alike, all my tangible

CLAUSE FOURTH which appears on Page 2 is hereby revoked
I ~t and the following shall be substituted: "FOURTH: -All the rest, .

residue and reaminder of my property and estate, wherever situated,
of which I shall die seized or possessed (including property over
which I have a power of appointment, which power I expressly exer-
C cise), I give, devise and bequeath and appoint IN TRUST to the
INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL BANK OF RHODE ISLAND and its successors, IN

TRUST, as Trustees-under that certain revocable Trust Agreement.
~ ~ ~ dated, August 18, 1975, to be held by said Trustee upon the same
trusts and with the same powers, discretions, exemptions, duties
and obligations as are set forth in said Trust Agreement or as the
same may be amended by me, in writing, from time to time."
