THERE IS hereby added to my said Last Will and~Testament
a Clause SIXTH as follows: "SIXTH: I have intentionally and not
through omission failed to make provisions for my daughter, MARY
LOUISE ALLIN, as I feel that I have adequately provided for her
during my lifetime."
THERE IS hereby added to my said Last-Will and Testament
a Clause .SEVENTH as follows: "SEVENTH: I have intentionally and
former
not through omission failed to make provisions for m~/wife, MARY
A. ALLIN, as it is my intention that she receive no part of my
estate."-
THERE IS hereby added to my said Last Will and Testament
a Clause EIGHTH as follows: "E~'GHTH: I hereby nominate and ap-
point as Attorney for my Estate, ALBERT E. ROSSI, ESQUIRE, 1313
Turks Head Building, Providence,-Rhode Island."
I HEREBY ratify and confirm my said Last Will and
~ Testament in all other respects. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
