KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That First Bank and Trust of Palm
Beach County, Delray Beach, Florida, a state banking association existing under the laws

of the State of Florida, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage utrd executed by
Beatriw Lama de Diaz and Jorge C. Diaz
to First Bank and Trust of Palm Beach County beading date the 26th day of January
A. D. 1978, recorded in St. Lucie Official Record Book 281 , page 2395, in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, -State of Florida, securing
that certain note in the principal sum of Seven Thousand and No/100 DOLLARS
00 and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon
