AFFIDAVIT

On this 29th day of February, 1980, before me personally appeared ALh1A R.
YANEY, to me personally known, who being by me duly sworn on her oath did say
that she is the owner of the following described property situated in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida:
Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 b 28 Block 1171 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 8 a Sub-
division according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12 Page 38A, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that said property was formerly owned as tenants
_ by the entirety by her and her husband, Clyde A. Yaney;
That her husband, the said Clyde A. Yaney, died on the 22nd day of Jan-
uary, 1978;
That she and her deceased husband, the said Clyde A. Yaney, were never
divorced;
That the estate of her deceased husband, the said Clyde A. Yaney, was less
than X120,000.00 including tenancies by the entireties, joint tenancies, indi-
IlI vidual ownerships and insurance and hence not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
