PERSONAL REPRESFNTATIVEtS DEED
THIS INDE[JIURE, executed this 25th day of ~9 , 1980, between
M. BILL V~1ITZ, as Personal Representative of the Estate of MARGARET AG[~S ADAMS,
Deceased, party of the first part, and SHIRLEY ADAMS and (CORDON ADAMS, husband.
and wife, of 66 Bolton Center Road, Manchester, Connecticut, parties of the second
part:
WITNESSETH:
the party of the first part, pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and
Testament of the said MARGARE A~5 ADAMS, dated July 21, 1976, and in considera-
tion of the sum of X10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property
in St. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 1298, of Port St. Lucie Secticm 1Z:
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, re- _
corded in Plat Book 12, Page 55, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGEiI~t WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property. _
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about this conveyance the power of transfer contained in the Will
and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal Representa-
• tive of the Estate of MARGARET AGNES ATfAMS, Deceased, has set her hand and seal
