LAWRENCE W. BORNS, of Daytona Beach, Florida, as Executor of this
my Last Will and Testament, and I~ hereby authorize and empower
my Executor, as named, to sell and convey any and all of my
property, real, personal or mixed, for such price or prices, and
upon such terms and with full authority to sell at private or
public sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best, and
without any order of Court, to make good and sufficient ,
conveyances of the same without the Order or intervention of any

Court or Judge. I hereby authorize m~ Executor, as named herein,
to act without bond in any jurisdiction.

TWELFTH: In the event LAWRENCE W. BORNS should predecease me
or fail~to qualify, then, in that event, I hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint M. BILL VOGENITZ, of Deland, Florida, as
cv Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and direct that she

as heretofore given to LAWRENCE W. BORNS, as Executor. -
