The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners SANDRA PARt1LER and RONALD PRYCE have
an interest in the above estate as beneficiaries of said
estate and Petitioner MARTHY PRYCE has an interest in the ~ 1
above estate as the former spouse of decedent, HARVEY B. PRYCE.

at the end of this Petition.
