5. The assets in this estate and their estimated
values are:

ST. LUCIE UNIT 5, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book

6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this states, less the value of property exempt from the claims
of creditors, does not exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars.
7. The estate is not indebted except for: NONE.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as
follows; -

9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of Decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10 below.
10. An exemplified copy of Decedent's Last Will and
Testament is attached to the accompanying Petition for Order
Admitting Foreign Will to Probate. -
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as -
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request
that the Decedent's Last Will be admitted to probate and an Order
of Summary Administration be entered directing distribution of
the assets in t-he estate in accordance with the schedule set forth
in Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
