PETITION FOR ORDER ADMITTING
FOREIGN WILL TO PROBATE
Comes now the domiciliary Personal Representative,
SANDRA PARULER, by and through her undersigned attorneys, and
Petitions the Court for an Order admitting the probated foreign
Will of HARVEY B. PRYCE to record, and as grounds therefor
would show:
1. The probated foreign Will complies with Florida
Statutes 732.502(1) and (2).
2. Attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof
are certified copies of the Decree of Probate and the Last Will
and Testament of HARVEY B. PRYCE entered for probate in Surrogate's
Court in and for the County of Suffolk at the County Center,
Riverhead, New York on the 24th day of January, 1977.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that this Court will
enter an Order admitting the foreign Will of HARVEY B. PRYCE to .
record.
