This instrument presented to this court as an authenti-
cated copy of the Last Will and Testament of HARVEY B. PRYCE,
deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in
the District Court within and for Suffolk County, State of
New York, a Court of probate jurisdiction; and the court
finding that the Will of the decedent complies with the laws ~
of Florida as to fora and execution, and that it devises real
property located in this County, owned by the decedent at the
time of his death; said property described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 64 of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIS UNIT 5, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 12 of the-Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

to probate in the proper court of the domiciliary state have

ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last-Will
and Testament of HARVEY B. PRYCE, deceased is admitted to
probate according to law, as and for the last will of the
decedent, and it is further i

personal representative of the estate of the dececent, and
that upon taking the prescribed oath, filing designation of
resident agent and acceptance, ancillary letters of admini-
