I, REGINALD D. ROOKS, a citizen and resident of S~ ~ n

Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all-Wills and Codicils
thereto by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make,
publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament.
I.
I will and direct that all of~my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon
as practicable after my death.
II. .
I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, including property over which I have
a power of appointment, unto my beloved wife, GLORIA H. ROOKS,
provided she is living at the time of my death.
f III.
In the event my beloved wife, GLORIA H. ROOKS, shall
predecease me, or in the further event that she and I shall
meet our deaths as the result of a-common accident or a disaster
under circumstances making it difficult to determine which
of us last survived, then in either of such events I give,
bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, including property over which I have a power of
appointment unto my children, DOUGLAS W. ROOKS and MARY K. -
ROOKS RRUEGER, share and share alike, per stirpes and not

per capita.
IV. -
I direct that GLORIA H. ROOKS be named personal repre-
sentative of my estate to serve without bond; and I hereby
