Florida, hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament and I revoke all prior wills made by me.

I have prepared a written signed statement disposing of
certain of my tangible personal property. I intend that the
? statement as it may read at the time of my death be a legally
binding disposition of the tangible personal property described
g in such statement and I direct that my Personal Representative

o distribute items of tangible personal property in accordance
C with the directions of such statement.

I give and devise the rest, residue: and remainder of my
estate as follows:

A. One-half thereof to my son, A. DOUGLAS STOVER, III.
B. One-half thereof to A. DOUGLAS STOVER, III, as Trustee
for my son, STEVEN CHRISTOPHER STOVER. The Trustee shall invest

and reinvest the trust assets and use the income therefrom
and principal if necessary for the care, support, maintenance,
medical needs and education of my son, STEVEN CHRISTOPHER STOVER.
The Trustee in_his discretion may from time to time pay over
principal of the trust to STEVEN CHRISTOPHER STOVER. In the
evalt STEVEN CHRISTOPHER STOVER dies prior to the full distribution
of the trust, any assets remaining therein shall become the
property of A. DOUGLAS STOVER, ICI. In the event A. DOUGLAS-
STOVER, III dies prior to full distribution of the trust estate, 1
a court of competent jurisdiction shall appoint a successor
