DEED OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~1~-day of. February, 1980, between
A. Douglas Stover III, as personal representative of the Estate of
Katherine M. Stover, deceased, Party of the First Part, and Clodis M.
Ginesta and Germaine L. Ginesta, his wife, Parties of the Second Part,
whose address is: 4903 Hollyview Drive, Vermilion, Ohio 44089.
WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Part, pursuant to power of sale
contained in the Will of the above-named decedent, said Will being filed
in Estate of Katherine M. Stover, deceased, File No. 79-283-CP, Probate
Division, Circuit Court, Seminole County, Florida, and in consideration
of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable con-
sideration ~in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
~leases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as•:
Lot No. 302, Section II, in that certain condo-
minium known as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT
NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by the plat recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
Book 16, page 1:1A through 1J, and according to
the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in
Official Records Book 186, page 2720,_-and any,
o and all Amendments thereto that have been recorded
a in the St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.

~ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
S purtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAiIE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

• AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Par-
ties of the Second Part, their. heirs and assigns, that in all things
a preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders
of the-above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
