a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 189, Page 1677, et. seq., of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and shown in
Plat Book 16, Page 7, Section C, "Venture Out in America at
St. Lucie, Inc."
At the time of the sale of the above described property to JAY ERBY JENKINS,
individually none-third undivided interest, GUY RANSOM JENRINS, individually
