the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Keith L. Cox and Lucy

in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 288 on page

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid ['ounty to
