Before me the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
LINDA SANDERSON, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1) That she personally knows CHARLES JAY SCHWAB
2) That on November 27, 1979 CHARLES JAY SCRWAB
sold the following described property to wit:
Lot 14, Block 94, IAICEWOOD PARR, UNIT NO. 8,
-according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 11, Page 19 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3) That CHARLES JAY SCHWAB sold said property to
KEVIN R. GORDON and PAMELA D. GORDON, his wife
and at the time of said sale he was a single
person.
