ted by TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES; INC, to ROBERT A. EPPERSON and
HAZEN KREIS , dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
