HAZEN KREIS, one of the holders of the mortgage executed by
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC• to HAZEN KREIS and ROBERT A.
EPPERSON , dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
day of ~ 19'9, releases from the lien of that mort-
gage the real property located in that county described as:
