HAZEN KREIS, one of the holders of the mortgage executed by
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. to HAZEN KREIS and ROBERT A.
EPPERSON, dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Offidal Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 avid other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this

sisting of Apartment Nue~ered D- 19 , respectively, and
its undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef
