HAZEN KREIS, one of the holders of the mortgage executed by
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES. INC, to HAZEV KREIS and ROBERT A.
EPPERSON, dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 312,
' - Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
day of b~ 19~, releases from the lien of that mort-
gage the real property located in that county described as:

Unit Weeks X and 45 in Condominium D- 17 , con-

its undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef
