HAZEN KREIS, one of the holders of the mortgage executed by
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC, to HAZEN KREIS and ROBERT A.
EPPERSON , dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Offidal Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuaoie considerations, hereby on this
8th day of October 19 79 releases from the lien of that mort-
gage the real property located in that county described as:

Unit Weeks and in Condominium - con-
sisting of Apartment Numbered - ,respect ve y, and
its undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef
Condominiums II , as such is described in the Master Form
Deed as recorded in Official Records Book 287, Page 2712,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Unit Weeks and in Condominium C- con-
sisting of Apartment I~um6ered C- respectively, and
its undivided share of the common e~ ments of Turtle Reef
Condominiums I, as such is described in the Amended Mas-
ter Form Deed as recorded in Official Records Book 256,
Page 235, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Unit Week X ate 4 in Condominium D- 10 con-
sistjng of Apartment Num~red D- 10 respectively, and
~ ~ its undivided share of the common a ements of Turtle Reef
Condominiums I, as such is described in the Master Form
Deed as recorded in Official Records Book 263, Page 2002,
