EPPERSON, dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Offidal Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of
.the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
8th day of October 19 79 , releases from the lien of that mort-
