TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, the owner-
and holder of those mortgages described on the attached schedule, for and in
' consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations
received from YJ.R. SCOTT, Trustee, hereby on this 18th day of February,
1980, does transfer and assign the said mortgages and the note and debt des-
cribed therein to W . R . SCOTT , Trustee.
