Having considered the pleadings in this matter, and having heard the proofs and argument of counsel, and it appearing to the Court that there is now due from the Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON d/b/a THE~VILLAGE PRINTER, the sum of $16,369.45, with interest at the rate of Eight and Three-Quarter Percent (8 3/4~) since December 7, 1979, on the Promissory Note, Security Agreement and Memorandum of• i~ I.i Agreement, all dated July 6, 1977, and it further appearing ~ ~ ~t that the Security Agreement on the equipment hereinafter 'i described ought to be foreclosed,- it is hereby, j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, ROW S a ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS, INC., a Florida corporation, and RONALD B. THRASH, Individually, recover from the Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON d/b/a THE VILLAGE PRINTER, the sum of $16,369.45 principal, plus interest at the rate of Eight and Three-Quarters Percent (8 3/47,) per annum since December 7, 1979, in the amount of $ 341.40 for a total of $16,710.85 i~ E That the said sum of $16,710.85 is secured by the Security Agreement described in Plaintiffs' Complaint which Security Agreement constitutes a lein on the equipment described therein r and described in said Complaint and herein. For the payment of the total sum mentioned above and - - for the payment of the further costs of this suit, including i attorneys' fee, the Plaintiffs, ROWS ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS, INC., a Florida corporation, and RONALD B. THRASH, Individually, hold a lien superior to any right, title, interest, claim or estate of the Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON d/b/a THE VILLAGE PRINTER, on the equipment described in Plaintiffs' Complaint and more particularly set forth below. If the sum, with interest at the rate prescribed by law, and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid, the Clerk of this Court shall se 1 the property at public sale on the y of A.D., 1980, at ~ A.M. - 2 - 6000~(~ Pdi~E~~~
