MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
.THIS AGREEMENT made this ,h 1 day of February, 1980,

by and between ST. PETER'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH OF ~

FORT,PIERCE, INC., a not for profit Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor" and SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation, with its princi-
pal place .of business at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida-33450, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee". -
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1979, Mortgagor I

obtained a construction loan in the amount of One Hundred
Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars from Mortgagee and executed
and delivered to Mortgagee its promissory note for said
amount payable on or before February 1, 1980, and bearing '
interest at the rate of ten {10~) percent per annum; and ~
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the afore-
mentioned One Hundred Thousand Dollar promissory note is
secured by a first mortgage given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee
on the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida: F
Beginning at the NE corner of Section 20, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, thence run West 40 feet to
a point on the West right-of-way line of South 25th
Street; thence run .South 77.33 feet along the said -
• West right-of-way line to the point of beginning;
thence run South along the said West right-of-way
line of South 25th Street 417.67 feet to a point;
thence run West 400 feet to a point; thence run
Northerly parallel with the centerline of South 25th
Street 366.18 feet to a point on the South right-of- ~
way line of Virginia Avenue, thence run Northeasterly
along the South right-of-way line of Virginia Avenue
401.64 feet to the intersection of the South right-
of-way line of Virginia Avenue and the West right-of-
way line of South 25th Street and the point of begin-
ning;
and
WHEREAS, said first mortgage dated May 31, 1979 was
recorded on June 1, 1979 in Official Record Book 309 at page

2465 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County; and
