O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the Wife fora temporary
injunction, a restraining order and an order for the Husband to vacate, the
parties thereafter entering into a stipulation, the Court otherwise being
fully advised of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties will refrain from drinking alcoholic
beverages in-the marital home and at all times remain sober and that the
parties are hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting or harassing each
other and the Sheriff or any other law enforcement officer is authorized
and directed without notice or further order of this Court, to arrest and
incarcerate the offending party and to imr?lediately deliver said offending
party to this Court for furthe~disposition.
DONE AND ORDERED this y day of March, 1980, Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
