The petition of Patrick D. Martin alleges:
1. Madeline M. Barletta, late of Monroe County,
New YorkR died on the 2nd day of July, 1977, leaving a Last
Will dated the 14th day of August, 1972, which was duly
proved and admitted to probate and recorded in the
Surrogate's Court of Monroe County, New York, a court of
probate jurisdiction, on the 14th day of July, 1977.
2. The Will cotsplies with the laws of Florida
as to form and the manner of execution and devises real
property in this County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the 47111,
Petition for Probate, and Order Admitting Will to Probate
are filed with this Petition.
4. Testatrix's domiciliary personal representative
has been discharged and a duly authenticated copy of the
Order of Discharge is attached to this petition.
5. There has been no probate of the Will in
Floret
6. Petitioner asks for an order admitting the
authenticated copy of the Will to record in this Court.
