I,-MADELINE M. BARLETTA, residing in the City of Rochester, j
County of Monroe and State of New Yor'~, being of sound mind and memory,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:

FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my just debts, funeral
and testamentaryexpenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named, as
soon after my death as shall be practicable.
- SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate and
property of whatsoever 'cind and nature and wheresoever situate, of
which I may die seized or ppssessed, or over which I have any power
of appointment or testamentary disposition to my children, CHARLES P.
BARLETTA, JOHN W. BARLETTA, BRUCE A. BARLETTA and MARIE L. FAZIO, share
and share ali'ce per stirpes. -
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and .appoint CHARLES P.
BARLETTA, if he shall survive me, to be the Executor of this My Last
Will and Testament and I direct that he shall be permitted to qualify
din any state or jurisdiction without the giving of a bond or other
.s-ecurity, giving unto him full power and authority to sell, mortgage -
and convey, at public or private sale, any and all of- my real or per-
sonal property on such terms, prices, considerations and conditions
fas he shall deem to be for the best interest of my estate.

? FOURTH: I hereby revoke all other and former Wills and
(codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
