ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED
COPY OF WILL TO RECORD
This cause was heard before this Court on the matter
of Admitting to Record the Last Will of Madeline M. Barletta,
late of Monroe County, State of New York, and it appearing to
the satisfaction of the Court that, the Last Will was duly
admitted to probate and recorded in the Surrogate's Court of
Monroe County, New York, a court of probate jurisdiction; that
the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form and manner
of execution and devises real property in this county; that the
Testatrix's domiciliary personal representative having been
discharged; that there has been no probate of the Will in
Florida; and that a duly authenticated copy of the Will has been
filed in this Court for admission to record, accompanied by duly
authenticiated copies of the Petition for Probate and Order
Admitting the Will to Probate in the proper court of the
domiciliary state. ~It •is
ADJUDGED that the Will dated the 14th day of August,
1972, admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court of Monroe
County, State of New York, on 14th day of~July, 1977, is
admitted by duly authenticated copy from that court to Record
in this Court as the Last Wil f Madeline M. Barletta.
