PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petitioner, DELLA M. SIRCOVI!'S, as personal representative
of the above Estate, alleges: -
1. Part of the assets of this Estate consist of the following-
described real property:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, ANGLEVILLA SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 9, page 15, excepting therefrom all
rights of way for public roads and drainage
canals, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary, and '
to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-described real

property to provide funds for the payment of the debts of the decedent
and costs of administration.
3. Petitioner, as personal representative, has received an
offer to purchase said real property at private sale for $2,000.00
cash, which offer is well in excess of the appraised value of $1,000.00.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be
entered authorizing Petitioner to sell said property on the terms and
conditions set forth in this Petition.
Under- penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to -the best of my
knowledge and belief.
