If she does not survive me, in the event he death and mine are not the result of a common accident or disaster, for the aforesaid fifteen (15) day period, or in the event her death and mine are the result of a common accident or disaster for the aforesaid fifteen (15) day period, then and in that event I direct that my estate be distributed as follows: A. I direct that all my household effects and furniture located in the house which I own at the time of my death be distri- buted to my 'daughter, JOYCE GRULL KYAK. B. I direct that the automobile which I own at the time my death be distributed to my son, RICHARD ANTHONY GRi1LL. C, I direct that the home which i own at the time of my death be sold and that the proceeds therefrom be distributed in equal shares to my son and to my daughter, per stirpes. D. I direct that each of my grandchildren shall receive the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) from my estate. I direct that this distribution shall be per stirpes. E, I direct that the remainder of my estate be distribu- ted to my children in equal shares per stirpes. ARTICLE i`r7 I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, VELMA HALLIDA GRULL, personal representative of this my Will, to serve without bond. If she should predecease me or fails to qualify as~personal representative of this my Last Will and Testament, or having quali- fied, thereafter for any reason shall cease to act, I nominate, constitute and appoint my children, JOYCE GRULL KYAK and RICHARD Ai1THONY GRULL, as co-successor personal representatives of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct that no bond be required of my co-successor personal representatives. ARTICLE V In addition to ail the powers customarily afforded person representatives by law, I specifically authorize my personal repre- sentative or my co-successor personal representatives to do any and all things which in their opinion are necessary to complete the GUY R.
