POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned,
FRANK BRONSON, of 16481 New Holland Street, Holland, Michigan, and
GEORGE B. SPEET and FERNE SPEET, of 168-170th Avenue, Holland,
Michigan, being the joint owners of the property described herein,
have made, constituted, and appointed, and do hereby make, con-
stitute and appoint, KENNETH D. SCHIEWE, of 1124 C. Hernando Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, our true and lawful attorney, for and
in our name, and on our behalf, to sell and convey all of the
real estate situated in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, _
State of Florida, more particularly described as:
That certain condominium unit located at 1351 Bay Shore
Drive, Apartment 107, Colonnades Association 11, Fort
Pierce, Florida.

for such price as to him shall seem advisable, and to give a good
receipt on payment of all the consideration or purchase price, as
fully and effectually in all respects as we could do; and also
to execute, sign, seal, acknowledge, and deliver deeds of general
warranty, with the customary covenants, for said property, and to
do every other thing necessary or proper for carrying into effect
and execution any agreement of sale made by him in-such manner that
all of our estate, right, title, or interest in or to said real
estate included in such agreement of sale may be effectually and
absolutely conveyed and assured to the purchaser or the respective
purchasers thereof, his and their heirs and assigns forever, or
to such other person or persons and for such other state or estates
therein, and in such manner and form as he or they shall direct or
-appoint. Also to sell and convey any and all of the fixtures and
furnishings associated with said real property described above.
