February 28, 1980, a hearing was held before the_Court with ~
respect to the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon
;;.consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for New Trial filed
herein by the Defendants, M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his
wife, is denied; however, the Court has considered that portion
is of the Motion for New Trial directed to the propriety of the
Trial Court's including interest in the Final Judgment previously
entered herein on January 28, 1980, as a Motion to Alter or

Amend and accordingly the Court will enter an Amended Final
~ Judgment in which interest in the amount of $1,683.84 shall be
deleted.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
